Masterclasses & Workshops

A series of masterclasses, workshops and tours focusing on all aspects of Punchdrunk’s site-sympathetic approach to making work.

Community Workshops

Thursday 10 – Friday 11 September 2026

Punchdrunk is hosting two free workshops with actor and theatre practitioner Kat McGarr this September. The workshops take place on separate days and explore different areas of theatre-making. You are welcome to apply for either workshop, or both, but you must sign up for each workshop separately.

Both workshops are part of an Arts Council-funded project surrounding STARDUST Starring Star Dust (In Person), a comedy, clown, cabaret and theatre show Kat has been developing that was born out of personal grief.

How to apply

Both workshops are free and open to anyone aged 18+, and no previous experience is required.

The workshops have separate sign-up forms in the links above. You can apply for one or both workshops. If you would like to attend both, please complete both forms.

Spaces are very limited. Applicants living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich are strongly encouraged to apply.

The deadline to apply is midday on Friday 4 September. Participants for each workshop will be selected at random, with 12 spaces for each workshop set aside for applicants living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Successful applicants will be contacted by Monday 7 September. Please note that we will not be contacting unsuccessful applicants.
