If you are eligible for an Essential Companion ticket and are also a local resident, please add two tickets to your basket. Your complimentary companion ticket will be applied at checkout.

Why are the preview days priced differently?

Viola’s Room is a new piece of work and will undergo further development whilst we preview. The prices reflect that you, and your feedback, will play a part in that development process.

Will I enter Viola’s Room with the people I book tickets with?

During each time slot, four groups of up to six people will enter, one group at a time. If you and your companions arrive at the same time, there is a stronger chance that you will be part of the same group, provided you all have tickets for the same time slot. Entire Time Slot tickets guarantee admission with your group of up to six.

Is it possible to enter Viola’s Room on my own or with my own group?

If you would like to have the ultimate solo experience or bring up to five friends in your own group, please select the Entire Time Slot ticket during the booking process. One ticket admits up to six people. Please note that your entire group must check in together, that your entry time will be within your selected time slot, and that this ticket follows the same latecomers’ policy as all other ticket types. What happens if myself or any of my companions arrive late?

Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your selected time slot. If you or any member of your party arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you or them in a later slot based on capacity. Please note this is not a guarantee and exchanges or refunds owing to late arrival are not permitted. Entire Time Slot tickets act as one ticket for the group, so please refer to specific FAQs for those tickets. Entire Time Slot tickets are unlikely to be facilitated for late arrivals.

Can I wait for my companions to arrive before entering Viola’s Room?

9. RESALE

9.1 Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. If You offer a Ticket for sale for profit on an authorised Ticket exchange before the Event the Management may consider it to be a business transaction by taking other factors into consideration, including, without limitation: the number of tickets being sold by You; any evidence that You or the person You bought the Ticket for cannot attend the Event for genuine reasons; and whether any third party business not authorised by the Management will benefit financially from the resale of the Ticket. Re-selling a Ticket for profit means any re-sale that seeks a price higher than the face value of the Ticket and the relevant booking and/or handling fee that You paid for the Ticket.
