FAQ
General Information
What’s the running time for LANDER 23?
Including onboarding, the running time of the production is approximately one hour and thirty minutes.
How do the time slots work?
The time on your ticket is the time your experience starts. Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow for pre-experience briefing and cloakroom check in.
Is LANDER 23 suitable for me if I am pregnant?
Due to the darkness, confined spaces and intense movement, we do not recommend LANDER 23 for people who are pregnant.
Does LANDER 23 have any age restrictions?
This production is suitable for ages 12+.
12-16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult over 18 on a 1:1 basis; i.e. for every child in the booking, there must be one adult accompanying them.
16-18 year olds must provide photographic ID and must be accompanied by a responsible guardian on a 1:3 basis; i.e. for every three 16-18 year olds in the booking, there must be one adult per lander accompanying them.
There is an on-site bar which under 18s can visit only in the company of their parent or guardian.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom. Bags are not permitted in the space, with the exception of small bags needed for medical reasons. Small bags (eg crossbody bags) and coats can be stored free of charge. Larger bags (eg backpacks) are £2 and there is a £5 charge for very large items (eg luggage).
Note that items left in the cloakroom are stored at your own risk and Punchdrunk Global Ltd will take no responsibility for loss or damage.
What should I wear?
There will be moments of darkness, some of the spaces are very small, and you may wish to crouch during play, so we advise all guests to wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
When should/can I arrive at the venue?
We ask everyone to arrive at least 30 minutes before the beginning of their time slot, to avoid rushing and make use of the toilets if needed. If you would prefer to relax and have a drink before entering LANDER 23, you are welcome to arrive up to 60 minutes before the start of your time slot and enjoy our on-site bar.
