FAQ
LANDER 23 is still in its creation process. We will continue updating these FAQs as the project evolves, and we will send you a pre-visit email close to your attendance date with optimum information.
About the experience
LANDER 23 is a live action video game – a fusion of gaming and theatre where the audience become the protagonist of a real life video game: instead of sitting on the sofa in front of your TV, what would happen if you threw away your controller and stepped inside the game? With genuine agency and true video game mechanics, LANDER 23 promises to be the next generation of immersive experience.
You will enter the experience and will be given a vest and headphones to wear. There will be versions of the vest to cater to different access requirements – please contact our Box Office team for more information.
Please note that bags of any size are not permitted in the experience; a cloak room is in operation and any personal mobile devices must either be left in your bag or safely stored on your person. Mobile devices and smart watches must be switched off for the experience. You will be moving around the space for the majority of the experience.
What’s the running time for LANDER 23?
Including onboarding, the running time of the production is approximately one hour and thirty minutes.
How do the time slots work?
The time on your ticket is the time your experience starts. Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow for pre-experience briefing and cloakroom check in.
Is LANDER 23 suitable for me if I am pregnant?
Due to the darkness, confined spaces and intense movement, we do not recommend LANDER 23 for people who are pregnant.

What ticket options are available?
Standard
Standard admission – provides access to the game and the bar before and after the experience.

VIP secures access to the best craft in the Centre for Astrobiology’s fleet. It also offers additional features and side missions.
Family
At present, we do not offer family-only timeslots. Families are welcome to play alongside Standard ticket holders. Families must play in units of 4, and each child under 16 must have an adult to play with. For clarity, a team cannot consist of one adult and 3 children under 16.
This structure also applies to school groups – we can accommodate school groups but on a 1:1 adult to child ratio. Please note that all students must be 12+.
We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone under age, or any child not accompanied by an adult.
Please note that all ticket types are subject to a £1.25 Restoration Levy, to go towards the maintenance and improvement of our Grade II listed buildings.
CONCESSIONS
Local Residents
A limited number of £23 concession tickets are available (outside of the Preview period) for customers living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. If you have booked with Punchdrunk before and have an eligible postcode, you will be able to access these concessions by logging in to your account and selecting standard tickets. Please note that if Local Resident tickets are not visible when you are logged in with your eligible account, it means tickets have sold out for that session and you may wish to look at others. If you are a local resident who has not booked with us historically, please email [email protected] and we will create your account for you. Please allow one working day for a response.
